In the European part of the historical and beautiful city of Istanbul, alongside the ancient Byzantine-era monuments reflecting the Ottoman Empire’s historical influence, Arya Restaurant opened its doors and commenced operations. The primary goal, beyond job creation and income generation, was to endeavor in introducing the authentic flavors of Iranian cuisine to the kind and hospitable people of Turkey, as well as other nations worldwide, considering Istanbul as one of the tourist destinations in this region of Eurasia.
