Aria restaurant was opened in 2019 in the Wadi Bakhsh area of the European part of the beautiful and historical city of Istanbul. The background of the restaurant owners with more than 25 years of experience in the field of catering and restaurants originates from Iran. Managers with experience of feeding more than 35,000 portions of food in one day in 4 meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner and midnight and more for Iran's oil and gas refinery sites. Reception and planning for the opening of Asalouye gas refinery with the presence of more than 4 presidents and dozens of foreign ministers and ambassadors of different countries who participated in the opening. With such a background, the owners of Aria restaurant decided to open a bridge between Iran and its friendly and neighboring country in Turkey in order to present a new season and a different plan in order to introduce the pure and true greed of all kinds of Iranian food.

The managers of this restaurant prepare raw food on a daily basis and put it on display for the consumption of their customers on the same day.
